Every franchise needs it’s Obi-wan-type, and that’s what Raiden does best.” said Jerry Macaluso, President of Pop Culture Shock, “We had to decide between depicting him as either sage of wisdom or vengeful god …. we chose vengeful god, exactly as he appears on the side of the arcade cabinet!”
